After numerous customer requests for a heavier .223 Subsonic load for 1/9" barrel twist rates, we proudly bring you the 60gr V-Max.  Super quiet, fun to shoot, very accurate, and now our most suitable .223 Subsonic offering for hunting.  This load is designed for and prefers 20" barrel bolt guns, but will work well in all .223 platforms with 16" to 20" barrels.  Beck Ammunition Silent Operatorâ„¢ series is engineered to run at Subsonic Velocities (just below the speed of sound) and to be shot with a sound suppressor.  This ammunition is designed to be shot suppressed (Silencer) and truly is "Hollywood Quiet."  It is engineered for optimal subsonic velocity using a 16" barrel, but shoots great through most 20" barrels as well.  With a proper sound suppressor, this ammunition sounds very close to a pellet gun. The fact that this subsonic ammo does not cycle in a semi-auto makes it the ultimate stealth round because keeping the bolt closed makes all the sound go through your suppressor. This ammunition also serves as a reduced recoil round for those with physical disabilities and desire less felt recoil.  .223 Subsonic is such a low pressure round we utilize once fired U.S. Military brass to keep the cost down for our customers.
